Help children learn, grow and thrive. 

Parkerville are expanding our early intervention program across the Midland and Armadale areas and are looking for enthusiastic Early Years Facilitators to join our team on a part- and full-time basis. 

This is a hands-on role working with young children with diagnosed and undiagnosed developmental delays, and their families. You’ll help create welcoming spaces where these children can play, learn and build confidence, and you’ll design and deliver engaging group workshops and activities – some just for kids, some for parents and carers, and some bringing the whole family together – covering things like routines, emotional regulation, behaviour and social skills. You’ll also work alongside our allied health team, help families connect with the right services, and support them through referrals and navigating the system. 

About You 

You’ll be someone who enjoys working with young children and families and creating engaging, welcoming environments. You’ll have experience in early childhood, community services, education, family support or a related area, with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in child development. 

Most importantly, you’ll be enthusiastic, approachable and passionate about helping children and families thrive.
