Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We will consider Project Managers at different levels, from entry-level to senior.

  • The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects in line with our client’s strategic objectives.
  • You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Some of your key responsibilities may include:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in accordance with our clients’ requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure adherence to allocated funds.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality and compliance standards, including relevant regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Change Management: Adapt to changes in project scope, objectives, and requirements while ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and records in compliance with organisational and industry standards.

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Desirable

  • You must have or qualify for a Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) Security clearance (Para Bellum Solutions can facilitate and sponsor clearances up to the NV1 level).
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
