Who you are
You’re a strategic thinker who enjoys bringing people, systems and ideas together.
You understand successful digital transformation is about designing solutions to improve the experience of the people using them. You build trusted relationships, communicate technical concepts in practical ways and enjoy leading teams through change.
You bring:
- Significant leadership experience across digital systems, ICT, technology or digital transformation
- Experience designing and implementing technology solutions improving organisational performance
- Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams, projects and external technology partners
- Strong understanding of digital governance, cyber security, risk and compliance
- Experience translating business needs into practical digital solutions
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Commercial thinking balanced with a strong commitment to purpose

About the Role
As our Digital Capability Manager, you’ll lead the digital systems, technology strategy, compliance and digital governance, ensuring technology actively enables safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery.
Working across the organisation, you’ll oversee digital architecture, solution design, cybersecurity, compliance, reporting and digital transformation initiatives and lead a highly capable team responsible for digital solutions, quality and compliance.
As a trusted advisor to the Executive Manager – Digital Services, Systems & Capability and organisational leaders, you’ll ensure our digital ecosystem continues to evolve in line with organisational priorities, with visibility to the CEO and Board via your Executive Manager.
Your impact
- Lead the organisation’s digital strategy, systems and technology roadmap
- Design practical digital solutions improving service delivery and organisational efficiency
- Lead digital governance, cybersecurity, compliance and risk management
- Oversee digital architecture, reporting, data governance and system integration
- Partner with IT, Procurement and Finance on technology vendors and digital platforms
- Lead digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support organisational accreditation, quality assurance and business continuity
- Build digital capability across the organisation through collaborative leadership
What You Bring (Essential)
Desirable
- Advanced tertiary qualifications (AQF 8 or above)
- Relevant technical certifications
- Experience working within the not-for-profit, health or digital mental health sector
- Experience with digital service design, reporting and business intelligence
- Interest in perinatal mental health
