Description

Supply Chain Coordinator

Pacvac | Kewdale, WA | Full-time, Onsite

About Pacvac

Pacvac is a Western Australian manufacturer of commercial and industrial cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, canister vacuums and floor polishers, exporting to over 20 countries worldwide. Operating out of our Kewdale facility, we’re a close-knit, values-driven team where every role carries real ownership and impact.

The Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the day to day flow of goods into and through our business, from purchase order to production floor. You’ll coordinate our entire Asia-based supplier network, keep our production lines supplied, and manage the logistics and documentation that get materials from origin to Kewdale on time.

This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who wants ownership across procurement, planning, inventory and logistics, not a narrow lane.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, manage and track purchase orders against demand forecasts and production plans
  • Coordinate with our Asia-based suppliers on lead times, order confirmations and delivery schedules
  • Support demand forecasting and production planning to keep stock where it needs to be
  • Manage inventory across our sites, including stock accuracy, ageing stock and reconciliation
  • Coordinate international shipping and freight forwarders, including shipping documentation and customs paperwork
  • Support sourcing for new components, packaging and alternative suppliers

About You

Must-have:

  • 3+ years’ procurement or supply chain experience in a manufacturing or physical-product business
  • Proven experience coordinating Asia-based suppliers, and comfort navigating the cultural and business nuances that come with it
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system
  • Experience owning purchase orders end to end: created, tracked and reconciled
  • Full working rights in Australia and able to work onsite at our Kewdale facility

Nice to have (not essential):

  • Experience coordinating DG documentation or shipping/customs paperwork
  • Experience with Pronto ERP specifically
  • Exposure to demand forecasting or planning
  • Experience managing multiple freight forwarders directly
  • A qualification in supply chain, business or logistics

What’s on Offer

  • Competitive Base Salary plus superannuation, based on experience
  • A genuinely broad role with real ownership, not just admin support
  • Work with an established WA manufacturer with a global export footprint
  • An additional 3 days of wellbeing leave per year
