Maroochydore GWM & Renault, part of a progressive and expanding dealer network, is seeking an experienced Service Adviser to join our dynamic service team. About the Role

As a Service Adviser, you will be the key link between our customers and workshop team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and professional service experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing service bookings and customer enquiries
  • Greeting customers and accurately recording vehicle concerns
  • Preparing repair orders and coordinating workflow with the workshop
  • Providing clear communication and updates to customers
  • Identifying additional repair opportunities and upselling where appropriate
  • Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience that drives repeat business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Service Adviser in a dealership environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • The ability to work under pressure in a high-volume workshop
  • Experience with DMS systems (Pentana/ERA preferred but not essential)
