Maroochydore GWM & Renault is looking for a motivated and reliable Car Detailer / Vehicle Presentation Specialist to join our busy dealership.

If you take pride in your work, enjoy working with vehicles, and want to be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you. While previous detailing experience is an advantage, we are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

About the Role

As a Car Detailer, you will be responsible for preparing customer and dealership vehicles to the highest presentation standards, including:

Washing and detailing new, used and customer vehicles
Interior and exterior cleaning
Machine polishing (where applicable)
Applying protective products
Preparing vehicles for customer delivery
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom and display vehicles
Assisting with general yard duties as required
Working closely with our Sales and Service Departments

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

A current manual driver’s licence (mandatory)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail
Pride in producing high-quality work
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good time management skills
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous vehicle detailing experience is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided for the right applicant.
