About the opportunities 

We’re growing our team in Griffith and are looking for people at all experience levels to join our poultry farming operations – both day and night roles.

Whether you’re new to farming and looking for an opportunity to learn, an experienced Farm Hand looking for your next move, or someone with the experience to step up and help lead a team, we’d love to hear from you.

You don’t need poultry experience for every position. What matters most is a strong work ethic, reliability, willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to animal welfare and working safely.

As our Farm Hand, you will be responsible for:

• Working with live chickens daily
• Husbandry – Closely monitor bird feed, water and welfare requirements and accurate, timely data entry
• Packing of eggs
• Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and sheds and surrounds
• Ad hoc farm tasks as required
• Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.

For our Farm Hand opportunities, we’re looking for people who are:

• Reliable and ready to work
• Comfortable working with animals
• Clear communication skills, written and verbal
• Happy working in a hands-on, physical environment
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to learn and follow procedures
• Committed to safety, biosecurity and animal welfare
• Able to complete repetitive movements, bending and lifting
• Hold full Australian working rights

For our more experienced and Team Leader opportunities, we’ll also be looking for relevant farming, livestock or poultry experience and, for leadership roles, the ability to support and guide others while still being hands-on yourself.

A pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening, is required.
