Housekeeping Attendant – Full-Time

Summary:

As a FULL-TIME Housekeeping Room Attendant at Novotel Sydney International Airport, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will contribute to an exceptional guest experience, reflecting the quality and service excellence that Novotel is known for. This part-time contract position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the travel and tourism industry.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Replace linens, towels, and toiletries as required.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used and stored correctly.
• Assist in the laundry department as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and team members.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment
