Ozone Hospitality Services is looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Cairns City!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping and commercial cleaning activities
• Train, support, and mentor housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure high cleaning standards
• Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory
• Address guest or client enquiries professionally
• Implement and maintain effective cleaning procedures
• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensure health, safety, and cleaning standards are consistently followed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
• Commitment to maintaining high cleaning and service standards
• Valid Blue Card required
• Own transport required
