Powder Coater – W2 Wangara

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Powder Coater to join our Wangara manufacturing team. This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare, rack and derack products including cleaning, masking and surface preparation to ensure they are ready for coating.
• Operate powder coating equipment and spray guns to achieve consistent coverage, colour, thickness and finish.
• Inspect completed products to ensure they meet our quality standards, identifying defects and completing rework where required.
• Work efficiently to meet production targets and customer delivery requirements, while minimising waste and rework.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area, following all WHS requirements and correctly handling equipment, materials and PPE.
• Work as part of the wider Manufacturing team, supporting your colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in powder coating or a similar manufacturing environment
• Experience operating powder coating equipment and spray guns
• A strong eye for detail and pride in producing a high-quality finish
• A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• A strong commitment to quality, safety and following procedures
