We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Officer to join our team at our Head Office in Crestmead.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will be an important link between our customers, sales team, branches, warehouses and manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on internal sales role where you will manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to quotation, order and delivery, while also identifying opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer relationships.

What You’ll be Doing

As part of our Internal Sales team, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to trade customers via phone and email.
• Prepare accurate quotes, follow up opportunities and convert quotes into sales.
• Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities.
• Work with branches, warehouse and manufacturing teams to ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time.

Resolve customer enquiries and issues while maintaining accurate system information and strong product knowledge.

About You

You are a confident communicator who enjoys building customer relationships and takes pride in delivering great service.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous experience in internal sales and customer service.
• Confident and professional communication skills with a strong focus on building customer relationships.
• Proactive approach to following up enquiries and converting opportunities into sales.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems or similar business systems.
• Positive, reliable and solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to learn products, systems and processes
