About the Role:

As an OC Short Stays Host, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice!) behind every guest experience. From coordinating seamless check-ins and providing local recommendations to managing bookings, responding to guest enquiries, and handling minor troubleshooting, you’ll help ensure every stay is exceptional.

Based in the Adelaide Hills (Aldgate), this role is ideal for someone who lives locally, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service with a warm, proactive approach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Communicating with guests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Managing bookings, enquiries, and guest requests
• Ensuring properties are presented beautifully and meet high cleanliness standards
• Going above and beyond to make guests feel special – think thoughtful touches and local recommendations
