Outlook has been providing services for people with a disability for 50 years as well as operating as a leading Social Enterprise that has been working in the waste management industry for over 20 years.

About the job

We are seeking environmentally, and inclusivity focused, motivated people to join our diverse team to work in a variety of both indoor and outdoor tasks which includes but not limited to:

  • Customer service
  • Processing customer transactions
  • Assessing items dropped off
  • Unpacking and sorting recyclables
  • Working in the nursery

About You

  • Forklift Licence and experience, desirable
  • A friendly personality with a “can do” attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • To be reliable, punctual and willing to work hard
  • To adhere to safe work practices, and take direction
  • Ability to work in a team environment, or at times work unsupervised
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Able to work a rotating roster

Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check as well as a pre-employment medical and drug test. Random drug and alcohol testing may occur on site, once employed.
