Mobile Showroom Adviser – Garage Doors

Summary:

Safe & Secure Garage Doors is looking for a practical and customer-focused Mobile Showroom Adviser to join our team.

This role involves attending customer homes and businesses, using our mobile showroom to present garage door options, explaining products clearly, measuring openings, identifying site requirements, and helping customers choose the right solution.

What you will do:

• Attend scheduled customer appointments across the Ballarat region. Present garage door profiles, colours, finishes, openers, and accessories using the mobile showroom.
• Conduct mobile showroom demonstrations of garage door products to potential customers.
• Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
• Assist customers in selecting the right garage door solutions based on their requirements.
• Measure garage door openings and record site details accurately.
• Prepare and present proposals to customers, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Record notes, photos, measurements, and next steps in the CRM.
• Work closely with admin, scheduling, and installation teams.

What we are looking for:

• Strong customer communication skills.
• Practical mindset and attention to detail.
• Sales or customer advisory experience.
• Ability to measure accurately and record information properly.
• Confidence using a phone, tablet, CRM, email, and quoting system.
• Current driver’s licence.

Highly regarded

Experience in garage doors, building products, windows, doors, blinds, shutters, sheds, fencing, roofing, construction, or trade-related sales.
