Pizza Riviera Heatley is looking for a motivated and reliable Store Supervisor / Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our busy store.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining high standards and ensuring the store runs efficiently. You will play a key role in leading the team, supporting staff development and ensuring our customers receive great service every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store
• Allocate staff and ensure appropriate shift coverage
• Assist with staff training and manage staff availability
• Assist with rostering and labour management
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Monitor food quality, presentation and service standards
• Complete stock ordering and monitor stock levels
• Minimise wastage and maintain appropriate stock control
• Follow food safety, workplace health and safety and company procedures
• Assist with achieving sales, service and operational targets
• Lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture

• Reliable, organised and responsible
• Comfortable making decisions and taking ownership
• Experienced in hospitality, food service or retail management
• Confident managing a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Strong with communication and customer service
• Comfortable with stock ordering and basic administrative responsibilities
• Willing to work hands-on alongside the team
• Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
• Passionate about maintaining high standards
