Currently, we’re looking for Senior Process Analysts to come onboard and work with us to deliver great outcomes for our clients.
Role Description
Process analysis provides a framework for understanding business requirements, applications,
data, business rules, and roles, and clarifies the scope of business change.
Reporting to Discipline Lead – Process, the Senior Process Analyst is responsible for conducting process analysis across projects and programs. The analyst will define process scope, prepare current and future state documentation, and from time to time facilitate peer reviews and formal quality control for less senior process analysts.
Experience
- ·Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior process analysis role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
- ·Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0, including the ability to apply style guides and templates to ensure consistency and clarity in process documentation.
- ·Demonstrated success working in complex and large-scale change environments, including transformation programs.
- ·Able to work independently, make informed decisions, and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
- ·Collaborative experience with cross-functional transformation teams

Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN 2.0): Skilled in modelling processes using industry-standard notation to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Process Modelling Platforms: Proficient in using Signavio for process design, collaboration,
and governance.

Business Requirements Integration: Strong capability to interpret and align business requirements with process design, ensuring traceability and relevance.

Process Decomposition:
Ability to break down complex end-to-end processes into logical, manageable components for analysis and improvement.
