This role is well suited to an early-career professional who is comfortable working independently, enjoys responsibility, and wants to build strong skills in inventory and supply chain operations within a supportive finance team.

The Role

As the Inventory Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for inventory and purchasing administration across the business. While you’ll report into the Finance team and work within established processes, you’ll also be trusted to manage your own workload, use initiative, and ensure inventory activities run smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock in line with demand
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks
  • Prepare and manage purchase orders, deliveries, and stock processing
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, and availability
  • Coordinate receiving, labelling, storage, and distribution of stock
  • Identify and escalate inventory or supply issues to Financial Controller
  • Set up and maintain products in inventory and accounting systems

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in inventory, purchasing or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience using spreadsheets and inventory or accounting software
  • Clear communication skills and confidence liaising with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ability to follow established procedures while suggesting improvements where appropriate
  • Experience assisting with finance tasks, such as order billing, AP purchases, or end-of-month activities is desirable

Why Join Osteon Medical?

  • Opportunities for training, career development, and growth
  • Positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, agility, and innovation
  • A work environment where your ideas are valued and contributions recognised
  • Health and wellbeing support, including annual flu vaccinations and a focus on work-life balance
  • Relaxed, social company culture with regular team activities
