Finance Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Finance Manager to manage and improve Osteon Medical’s financial performance and play an important role in our business strategy and operating plans.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Osteon and take ownership of a key finance function within a growing and innovative business. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation and our US-based leadership team, providing financial insights that support effective commercial and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, annual planning and long-range financial planning across the business.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial and management reporting, including month-end, sales and financial year-end reporting.
• Analyse financial performance, business metrics and trends to provide actionable insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support investment decisions, pricing, resource allocation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead a small finance team and manage the monthly accounting close and reporting process, including oversight of receivables, payables and working capital.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and our US team on forecasts, budgets, financial performance and other key business developments.

About You

You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll bring:

• Experience in a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in manufacturing, medical devices or a global organisation will be highly regarded but is not essential.
