Chronicle Designer 2027

About the Role

Since 1924, Ormond’s annual Chronicle has recorded the events of each year for posterity. A yearbook full of photos, reports and reflections, this document is both an important historical record of College life and a keepsake for current Ormondians. The Editors collect and edit content for the publication, and the Designer designs this definitive record of student life in 2027 for both their peers and for future generations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and meet weekly with the 2027 Chronicle Editors and the Communications Specialist
• Design the 2027 Chronicle
• Make edits and corrections following proof-reading by the Editors and Communications Specialist

Eligibility

Applicants must be 18 years or older and 2nd or 3rd year Ormond residential student in 2027. 

Successful applicants will also need to hold or obtain a Working with Children Check (Employee) and complete a GBV declaration if successful. 

Students may hold a maximum of 2 casual Ormond roles at one time.
