Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer (Design) to join our dynamic team in Norwest. This role is ideally suited to a recent engineering graduate or someone with up to one year of relevant industry experience who is looking to build a successful career in design engineering. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to innovative engineering projects, and gain hands-on experience supporting the design and development of engineering solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical skills, expand your industry knowledge, and make a meaningful contribution to our engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and project specifications.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design reports and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Support the testing and evaluation of engineering designs and prototypes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in an engineering role, preferably in design, through internships or academic projects.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
