Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to the Water Servicing Team, including document management, data entry, filing, and preparation of project documentation.
- Conduct research, analyse information, and prepare data to support planning activities and informed decision-making.
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, agendas, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation.
- Support project quality assurance by maintaining records and ensuring quality control processes are implemented and documented.
- Coordinate and assist with scheduling field crew activities and maintenance works.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring timely team communication.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process enhancements, system updates, and implementation of team standards and best practices.
- Support team success by assisting with problem-solving, learning water servicing drafting principles, and promoting compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS).
