Project Manager – Commercial

Role Overview

Oreana Construct is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Commercial Construction team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Construction. This role focuses on Design & Construct (D&C) commercial projects up to $50M. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive the commercial performance of our projects while providing strategic direction to our Delivery, Estimating and Design teams, ensuring contractual, financial and operational outcomes align with business and client expectations.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, Tier 3 or higher;
• A track record delivering new build retail projects from $3M to $50M;
• Relevant construction (or related qualifications);
• Strong grasp of safety compliance and head contract obligations;
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project and other MS applications.

This is a head office based role with 1-2 days on site as required across our projects located within the Northern & Western suburbs of greater Melbourne.
