Description

  • Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The Accountant will work closely with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide support for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
  • Assist with tax preparation and filing
  • Work time is from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday but you also need to work 1 extra Saturday morning every month
  • We don’t allow any committed crime background in the past in any circumstance
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • CPA certification preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
