Founding Allied Health Team 📍 Gosford, NSW | Community-based | Flexible work

We’re building something new at Omnia Inclusive Employment Services, and we’re looking for casual Occupational Therapists to join our founding Allied Health team in Gosford and surrounding Central Coast areas.

If you’re looking for flexibility, meaningful work, and the chance to help shape a growing service — we’d love to hear from you.

Why join Omnia?

At Omnia, we prioritise clinician wellbeing, flexibility, and real-world outcomes for participants.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Opportunity to be part of a founding Allied Health team
  • Flexible work arrangements that suit your availability
  • Manageable caseloads
  • Senior OT supervision and mentoring available
  • $1,000 annual professional development allowance (pro rata)
  • 6 paid wellbeing days per year (pro rata)
  • Uniform allowance and tools of the trade provided
  • Supportive, low-bureaucracy, people-first culture

About the role

You’ll deliver community-based Occupational Therapy services to NDIS participants — primarily young adults — supporting them to build independence and work towards employment or further education.

Your work will include:

  • Functional assessments and capacity building
  • Delivering practical, evidence-based interventions
  • Writing NDIS reports, assessments, and recommendations
  • Working alongside participants, families, and support networks
  • Managing your own caseload with flexibility and support
  • Contributing ideas as we grow and shape the OT service

This role suits OTs who enjoy working independently in the community and making a real impact in people’s everyday lives.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is a qualified Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration
  • Has experience in allied health (NDIS experience helpful, not essential)
  • Is confident with assessments, interventions, and report writing
  • Communicates well with participants and stakeholders
  • Can travel across Gosford and Central Coast areas
  • Is motivated by person-centred, strengths-based practice

Keen to apply?

If you’re looking for a flexible, values-driven OT role where your work truly matters — and you can help build something meaningful from the ground up — we’d love to hear from you.
