Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress and well-being.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment that is conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Observe and assess children’s development, documenting progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma).
• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid Working with Children Check.
