Executive Assistant to the CEO (Permanent Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This permanent part-time role is primarily based at Le Montage, Lilyfield, with regular travel to our Rozelle Head Office, other Navarra venues, and external client and supplier meetings alongside the CEO.
About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the CEO’s schedule and priorities. You will be trusted to manage confidential information, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations and support business initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s busy calendar, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Monitor, prioritise and respond to emails on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including booking venues, catering and lunches.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports and business documents.
- Attend meetings with the CEO, take accurate minutes and follow up action items.
- Prepare professional sales presentations and proposals.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support.
- Assist with office management duties at the Rozelle Head Office when required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
About You
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys staying one step ahead.
You will bring:
- Previous experience as an EA or PA.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Confidence preparing presentations and professional documents.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with excellent judgement.
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between Navarra venues when required.
