Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Executive chef.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets the required presentation standards.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items, contributing to the overall culinary direction of the establishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
