Located just minutes from Parramatta CBD, our hotel welcomes a diverse mix of business and leisure travellers. As Night Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth and safe operation of the hotel overnight, supporting our Night porter team while ensuring our guests receive a welcoming and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins and check-outs.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain the security of the hotel premises throughout the night.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in public areas as required.
• Set up and prepare areas for breakfast or early morning operations.
• Conduct end-of-day administrative tasks, including cash handling and report preparation.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Night Audit or overnight Front Office experience within a hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and making decisions during overnight operations.
• Strong attention to detail and sound administrative skills.
• Experience with Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• A calm, professional and solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
