The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting budgeting and forecasting, analysing business performance and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical accounting with commercial analysis, giving you exposure to strategic projects, acquisitions and continuous process improvement initiatives.

About You

You’ll be someone who enjoys understanding the “why” behind the numbers and can confidently translate financial information into meaningful business insights.

Ideally you’ll have:

  • Previous experience as a Management Accountant or Financial Accountant
  • CPA or CA qualification (or currently working towards completion)
  • Strong financial reporting and month-end accounting experience across multiple entities
  • Responsible for preparing & filing BAS Returns   
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
  • Cashflow forecasting and management experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • The ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Experience within healthcare or multi-site organisations is highly regarded
  • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions or business integration projects is advantageous
