Description

Northfleet is the largest fleet provider in the Pilbara, with over 20 years in the region and multiple depots across WA. We’re looking for a friendly, organised Receptionist/Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Osborne Park office and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you’ll set the tone for everyone who walks through our door or picks up the phone. Beyond reception, you’ll take ownership of office coordination, from meeting rooms and supplies to facilities and general admin support, making sure our team has everything they need to do their best work.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors warmly, manage sign-in, and notify staff promptly when guests arrive
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail professionally
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Keep the reception area and meeting rooms clean, tidy and well stocked
  • Manage stationery, kitchen and bathroom supplies, including weekly orders
  • Coordinate facilities requests, skip bins, paper destruction, maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and the building owner
  • Oversee the staff vehicle booking calendar and usage log
  • Provide general administrative support across the business, including staff communications (Teams, Employment Hero), intranet updates, and event coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, professional and welcoming manner
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • A proactive, reliable, can-do attitude
  • Basic computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Prior reception, administration or office coordination experience is a plus, but not essential

We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives to contribute to our shared journey of growth and excellence.
