Now we’re looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help lead the next chapter.

What’s the opportunity?

This isn’t a role for someone who likes sitting on the sidelines.

As our Operations Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service delivery across NWDS. You’ll lead a team of passionate leaders, turn big-picture strategy into practical outcomes, and help ensure our participants receive exceptional support every day.

One minute you might be coaching a Site Manager, the next you’re reviewing operational performance, leading a change project, solving a complex challenge or identifying the next opportunity for growth.

What you’ll be doing

✅ Leading and supporting Site Managers across our service locations

✅ Building capable, engaged and high-performing teams

✅ Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement

✅ Monitoring financial performance, utilisation and service sustainability

✅ Leading projects, change initiatives and organisational improvements

✅ Ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational requirements

✅ Using data and insights to drive better decision-making

✅ Strengthening relationships with participants, families and key stakeholders

✅ Helping shape the future direction of NWDS

What we’re looking for

You don’t need to tick every box, but you’ll likely have:

✔ Extensive operational leadership experience

✔ Experience leading multi-site teams

✔ Extensive experience ensuring cost-effective operations

✔ Strong financial and commercial awareness

✔ Knowledge of the NDIS sector

✔ A leadership style that balances accountability with support

✔ The ability to bring people together and get things moving
