At Romeo’s, we’re bringing it back to the basics: great burgers, made properly.

We believe burgers should be simple, delicious and made with quality ingredients. From our freshly baked buns to our burgers cooked to order, everything is about great flavour, freshness and doing the basics exceptionally well.

We serve burgers hot, fresh and fast, without compromising on quality. No fuss, just seriously good burgers.

  • Keeping your station and the wider kitchen clean, sanitised and organised
  • Completing set-up and pack-down checklists, temperature logs and cleaning records
  • Helping train new team members on your section
  • Greeting customers when working in view and helping FOH when it’s busy
