Receptionist at NoosaCare – Permanent Part-time Opportunity

NoosaCare, one of the region’s most respected not-for-profit aged care providers, is seeking experienced Receptionist to join our supportive and dedicated team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and other visitors to the facility providing exceptional customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the facility.  You will be responsible for a range of reception and administrative duties and will work collaboratively with our team to ensure a professional and efficient service.

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration & Reception professional to join our team in a dynamic role supporting operations across two aged care facilities. This position offers a varied and rewarding work environment, commencing at Carramar for three days per week until December before transitioning to Kabara for the same three-day schedule. Flexibility to work an additional day when required would be highly regarded.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Previous experience in reception and/or administration.

• A friendly, positive and empathetic approach to customer service.

• Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Previous experience in aged care will be highly regarded.

• A passion for being part of a community and making a positive difference in the lives of older people.
