NoosaCare is seeking an experienced and people-focused Hotel Services Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of high-quality catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished hospitality or hotel services professional to bring their operational expertise into a purposeful aged care environment, where the quality of everyday services directly influences residents’ comfort, dignity and wellbeing.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will coordinate our multidisciplinary hotel services teams, helping to build a connected and accountable service culture focused on residents’ needs and experiences.
You will oversee service quality, workforce coordination, compliance, procurement and continuous improvement, ensuring hotel services operate safely, efficiently and in accordance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
The position works predominantly Monday to Friday, with limited weekend and after-hours requirements, offering an attractive balance for an experienced hotel services professional.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable and resident-focused services.
- Build a positive and collaborative culture founded on accountability, respect and teamwork.
- Ensure hotel services meet relevant aged care, food safety, workplace health and safety, and organisational requirements.
- Oversee workforce planning and rostering to maintain appropriate and efficient service coverage.
- Coordinate procurement, budgets, contracts and supplier relationships.
- Coach and develop team leaders and employees, supporting engagement, capability and performance.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders to ensure hotel services contribute to residents’ overall care and quality of life.
- Support accreditation, service reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Listen and respond to resident feedback, preferences and changing service needs.
