We are therefore excited to announce the opportunity for an NDT Technician with a Radiographic Use License to join the NDE Solutions team in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity to support critical, national infrastructure, utilising some of the most advanced equipment available.
This is a secure, site-based role, operating on a Monday-to-Friday roster and offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to expand their skills and experience in a flexible and supportive environment.
Located at the Ampol Lytton Refinery in Brisbane, this role will suit professionals who are committed to providing the highest standards of service and safety. As part of a dynamic team, you will be instrumental in driving our engineering initiatives forward, making a significant impact on our operations and contributing to client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support the broad execution of engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective engineering solutions.
- Assist with regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of accurate documentation related to project progress and compliance.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and address any challenges.
- Participate in professional development, training, and opportunities to build NDT skillset.
Qualifications:
We are looking for an RT Assistant holding certifications from a recognised body, in the following:
- Radiographic Use License
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT1)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT2)
- Dye Penetrant Testing (PT2)
Requirements:
- The right to work in Australia (sponsorship is not available)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality assurance practices.
