Born from a need for non-destructive testing (NDT) and high-end inspection solutions, at NDE Solutions we enable clients to avoid asset failure that results in harmful or fatal injuries, substantial financial cost and detrimental impact to the environment.

At NDE Solutions, our team understands the importance of ensuring your oil and gas assets are maintained. Failure to do so can result in loss of life, substantial cost and disastrous environmental fallout.
We understand the risks, so continue to develop and implement innovative detection methods such as for microbial induced corrosion—improving on previously-used radiography methods while removing risk of radiation.
Our inspection techniques are safer and offer improved coverage, probability of detection and productivity.
Some of the other services available are in-service crack detection, monitoring to assess structural integrity, and corrosion verification with pigging operations to determine the remaining life of buried pipelines.
History
The genesis of NDE Solutions (NDE or the Business) arose in 2016, when co-founders, Kimal Singh and Josh Cleary, who at the time were working for competitor NDT companies determined that they would one day start a business together and challenge the conventional approach to NDT.
From officially commencing operations in 2019 to 2024, NDE has grown from two technicians, to now being one of Australia’s largest independently owned and operated NDT companies in Australia. The Business has been widely recognised by clients as a trusted partner, and in 2024, NDE was proud to have been named “Santos’ Limited Contractor of the Year”. This was a significant achievement in the life of the Business, especially as NDE is not Santos’ chosen NDT contract partner (that being Applus+).
Today we operate all across Australia, but primarily on the east-coast of the continent, focused on major energy hubs in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia
