Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and equipment as needed
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and serviced
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards
• Provide regular reports to senior management on workshop performance and progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in workshop management, with a track record of successful project completion
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
