Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The Plant Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all equipment is functioning properly.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
• Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make repairs as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
• Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that production targets are met
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
