Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and maintaining accurate records. The Laboratory Technician will work closely with other members of the team to ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct laboratory tests and experiments in accordance with established protocols
  • Analyze test results and prepare reports for review by senior staff
  • Maintain accurate records of all laboratory procedures and results
  • Ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated
  • Assist in the development of new laboratory procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that all laboratory procedures are performed efficiently and effectively
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. biology, chemistry, or biochemistry)
  • Previous laboratory experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
