Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our ecommerce operations, including website management, product listings, order processing, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the ecommerce website, ensuring that all product listings are accurate and up-to-date
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all products are properly merchandised and promoted
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, ensuring that all orders are shipped on time and accurately
  • Manage customer service inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
