Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and development.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and early learning frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Working with Children Check clearance.
  • Understanding of Australian early childhood regulatory frameworks and the National Quality Standard.
