Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

– Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish

– Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

– Create project schedules and timelines

– Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

– Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

– Manage project budgets

– Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

– Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field

– Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

– PMP certification is preferred

– Knowledge of construction processes and best practices

– Familiarity with relevant software applications such as MS Office Suite , AutoCAD , Primavera P6 etc.
