About the Opportunity:
This isn’t just another Branch Manager role.
This is a rare opportunity to lead the establishment of our exciting new Burleigh Heads branch in a prime commercial location. Working closely with the Director, you’ll help build a team of high performers, shape the culture and establish the branch as the Gold Coast’s trusted pumping
and irrigation specialist.
You’ll have the freedom to lead your team and empowered to make decisions, while being supported by experienced leadership, effective systems and a clear growth strategy that delivers success across our existing branches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Director to build a great team, boost revenue & growth
- Build trust & strong relationships with customers, suppliers & key stakeholders
- Provide expert, professional & practical advice to customers
- Oversee systems & processes ensuring operational efficiency
- Support & develop an aligned, high-performing team
