Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Adviser to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. The Human Resource Adviser will work closely with management and employees to ensure that our organization is compliant with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resource Adviser role.
