As the Head Barista, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers in the hospitality and catering industry. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and mentor barista staff in coffee preparation techniques and customer service.
- Maintain equipment and ensure cleanliness of the café environment.
- Create and manage the coffee menu, including seasonal specials and promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers to provide recommendations and gather feedback.
- Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a barista role or similar position is preferred but not essential.
