Working closely with our number one Agent in Lithgow, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales process while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

About the Role

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Lead Agent
• Assist with property campaigns, open homes, and client interactions
• Manage buyer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate appointments, database management, and follow-ups
• Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service at every stage

About You

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the property sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using technology and software relevant to property sales and management.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client meetings and property viewings.
