Mpower Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Plan Management Officer within our Plan Management Team.
Our Plan Management Officers help participants get the most from their NDIS funding by providing reliable financial administration, transparent budget management, and personalised support. Through responsive service and attention to detail, we empower participants to focus on achieving their goals while we take care of the paperwork and payments.
Who is Mpower
Mpower is a local, accredited, not-for-profit community based organisation servicing South West Victoria. Established in 1975, the operation of Mpower has grown from a small voluntary service to an accredited agency employing more than 130 staff, providing a range of clinical and support services to over 1200 families regionally.
The Role
A Plan Management Officer plays a vital role in helping NDIS participants maximise the value of their funding while reducing the administrative burden of managing their plan. Acting as a trusted support person, they process invoices, monitor budgets, provide financial reporting, and ensure participants have clear visibility over their funding and spending.
With a strong focus on customer service, compliance, and relationship management, a Plan Management Officer works closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and service providers to deliver accurate, timely, and responsive plan management services. Their goal is to empower participants with greater choice, control, and confidence in achieving their NDIS goals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Certificate 3 in Accounts Administration or other financial qualification.
