Who are we?

Mosaic is a long-standing, trusted and growing not-for-profit provider of disability services across Western Australia. Through a diverse range of accommodation, community, employment, and capacity-building services, we support people with disability to achieve their goals and live the lives they choose.

As we continue to grow and expand our service offerings, we remain committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports that place participant outcomes, choice and inclusion at the centre of everything we do.

About You

Reporting to the General Manager Operations, this role is well suited to an experienced operational leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

A passion for supporting people with disability, developing capable teams and improving service outcomes is essential. Just as important is a willingness to embrace change, adapt to evolving priorities and contribute positively to an organisation that continues to grow and expand its services.

They will be comfortable navigating complexity, making informed decisions and supporting others through periods of change and growth.

This role would particularly suit someone who enjoys building capability, driving continuous improvement and taking ownership of outcomes. A proactive and solutions-focused approach will be highly valued, as will the ability to identify opportunities, think creatively and work collaboratively to overcome challenges. Rather than focusing on barriers, they will be motivated by finding practical pathways forward and contributing to the ongoing success of participants, employees and the organisation.
