Responsibilities:

• Safely operate the delivery truck to transport coffee to various locations.
• Ensure timely delivery of coffee orders to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.
• Load and unload coffee products, ensuring proper handling and storage.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
• Manage fuel levels and ensure the vehicle is kept clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

• Valid Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in delivery driving or logistics roles required.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in managing delivery schedules and logs.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A passion for coffee and a positive attitude.
• A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or equivalent licence.
