The Role

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. Wage is negotiable based on experience.

You will:

• Provide expert mechanical and servicing advice to customers
• Diagnose and repair vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer warranty processes, standards, and guidelines
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time
• Deliver excellent, friendly customer service
• Maintain a safe and organised working environment
• Use computer systems for daily business communication, job tracking and record keeping

What You’ll Bring

• Mechanical and servicing experience across engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension
• Strong diagnostic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills
• A self-motivated approach with the ability to thrive in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow dealership and manufacturer procedures
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional presentation
• A warm, friendly, and customer-focused manner
• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
• Current Trade Licence (qualified)
• Rego Inspection Approval an advantage but not essential
